Q: What is the difference between the properties on this website to ones I would find on MLS?

Q: How often do you update your discounted property listing with new properties in Florida?

Q: Are there any charges for buying a house?

A: We do not charge any fees. When you buy an investment property from us, our property acquisition fee which is our profit for finding and negotiating the deal is already added to the total price of the property and you still pay a greatly discounted price which is a win-win for all.
